Jean-Claude Wolff leads the firm’s corporate transactions and international tax practice. He advises international corporate groups, private equity sponsors, investment funds and institutional clients on complex cross-border corporate, financing, investment and tax structuring transactions. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, international tax structuring, private equity investments and multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.
Professional Experience
Jean-Claude founded Wolff & Partners SCS in 2006. Prior to establishing the firm, he worked as an attorney in the New York headquarters of a leading international law firm, where he focused on international tax and fund structures, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions. Although he has an extensive international background, Jean-Claude was born and raised in Luxembourg and remains closely connected to Luxembourg’s local institutions and business environment.
